By using this website you agree to these terms. They apply to the website and the waitlist, not yet to the Claromi app.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract or guarantee that you will get access to Claromi or in what order. We open access in batches and may change plans, timing and features.
Not medical care
Claromi is an emotional wellbeing tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a health professional. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, automate sign-ups, submit other people’s email addresses without permission or access it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The website, the Claromi name and logo, and its content belong to Claromi or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Claromi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
