Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal data Claromi (“we”, “us”) collects through this website when you join our waitlist, why we collect it and what choices you have.

What we collect

Your email address, the language of the page you used, the form you used (for example, the hero or the closing section) and, if present in the link, marketing parameters such as utm_source.

From the request we also derive your approximate country, your browser family (for example “Safari”) and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. We never store your IP address in clear text. We use these data only to prevent abuse and to understand where interest comes from.

We do not collect health information, precise location, or the content of any conversation through this website.

Why we use it

To tell you when Claromi opens and when your batch is ready, and to improve how we open access. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Until the launch communications are complete or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Technical abuse-prevention data (the hashed IP counters) are deleted within hours.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal data. Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to host the site, store the waitlist and protect the form from bots (for example Cloudflare). We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, by writing to hola@claromi.app. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respect them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 16 without a parent or guardian’s permission.

Important

Claromi is an emotional wellbeing tool and does not replace care from a health professional. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency services.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
